RECALL is a live crisis-pause product for moments of escalation. It is designed to put a structured interruption between a trigger and the next action. It is not therapy, coaching, emergency services or a clinical treatment.
Core experience
The central flow moves through grounding, an identity reminder, a Chosen Voice, reframing or surrender, and an outcome check-in. The intent is practical: make the next minute easier to navigate without promising a medical or behavioural result.

Public state and boundaries
A public beta-capable build is temporarily available through Lovable while recall-app.ca is reconnected. Emergency resources remain available where appropriate. The product must not imply that it prevents harm, replaces professional care or has clinically validated efficacy.
