Safety, privacy & trust
Protection belongs in the build.
Protection is part of the product, not a promise added later. Each build should explain its terms plainly, collect and expose only what its current purpose requires, keep consent and human safety visible, and name unfinished safeguards without spin.
- Intent
- Give players honest rules, recoverable play and clear boundaries between a game score, an account identity and anything with real-world value.
- Implemented so far
- The build includes checkpoints and recovery, local records, deterministic physics outcomes and an explicit separation between local 404 progression and CLOUD DOTS. No commercial redemption or public leaderboard is presented as live.
- Honest current position
- The game is public, while connected identity and reward systems are still developing. Privacy, terms, security and abuse handling require another review before deeper profiles, leaderboards or redemption are introduced.
Technical foundation
What the build is made of.
Source-backed snapshot, last reviewed October 12, 2026. Named technology is evidence of implementation—not proof of deployment, security or certification.
- Application stack
- React 19, TypeScript and TanStack Start with Three.js, React Three Fiber, Drei and Rapier. Blender-authored GLB assets feed a deterministic spatial-asset pipeline.
- Services & integrations
- Rapier primitives remain authoritative for traversal and collision. The server checks run receipts, an Ed25519 library supports signed evidence, and a server-only ElevenLabs endpoint provides Brian's voice with subtitle and failure fallbacks.
- Data & persistence
- Guest-first identity, settings, campaign progress, records and the current DOTS ledger remain local. The reviewed repository has no configured production database or public leaderboard.
- Assurance boundary
- Server-checked receipts and local ledgers are not commercial redemption, durable account security or an audited anti-cheat system. Voice-secret handling and production headers still require deployment verification.
Privacy-law references describe a design and review posture only. Applicability depends on the people, data and jurisdictions involved; no PIPA, PIPEDA, GDPR or other compliance certification is claimed here.
404: Floor Not Found is a live, phrase-driven physics game and the primary playable world inside DOT iO Islands. The player guides one marble through elevated mechanical courses built around momentum, boost, checkpoints, time pressure, risky routes and dry commentary from Brian / THE MODEL.
What is public now
The DOT iO Islands front door and playable game are publicly accessible at marble-rush-reloaded.lovable.app. The five-level ROLL/ING campaign is available on desktop and mobile, with keyboard or touch controls.
What is built
- Five campaign levels: Fighting With My Agent, Gaslighting My LLM, Loops Over Prompts, Feature Creep and Debugging With Vibes.
- Checkpoints, instant fall recovery, boost, time pressure and optional route risk.
- Daily Run, Weekly Challenge, mastery and personal records.
- CANARY observation challenges.
- Brian / THE MODEL as the voiced DOT iO Islands host.
- Passport continuity, local game progression and handoffs to OUT TALK, VibeIQ, the Reward Center and the Virtual Store.
Progression and reward boundary
Local 404 progression, run collectibles and game DOTS are separate from CLOUD DOTS. Commercial CLOUD DOTS redemption is not live. The public DOTIO10 store offer is also separate and must not be described as a CLOUD DOTS reward.
What is not being claimed
No player count, traction, revenue or commercial reward claim is made here. Public leaderboards, merchandise exchange and discount redemption are not described as live.
AI role
The playable core is deterministic game software: physics, checkpoints, timing, recovery, challenges, records and progression. Brian / THE MODEL gives the world its AI-culture voice and presentation, but a generative model does not decide the marble physics, whether a run succeeds or how local progress is counted.
Next gate
Continue the controlled connected-universe rollout while keeping local game progression, CLOUD DOTS and real-world rewards clearly separated.
